You can write to us at the address shown above or telephone 0845 122 3200 between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday. You will pay your telephone provider's standard charges for this call, taking into account the time and place from which you make your call.

If you complain to us in writing, we promise to reply promptly (always within 5 days) and to advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint and to keep you informed while we resolve the complaint. In most cases we would expect to resolve the complaint within 5 days of receiving it.
We take careful note of our customers' comments and respond positively, so complaints are rare. If we do receive a complaint from you, we will correspond with you to make sure that we are providing a satisfactory solution. Where it is appropriate and possible, we will change our operating methods to prevent repetition of the cause for complaint.

How we use personal information for marketing e-mails

Guarantees
A manufacturer's warranty covers all products that we supply. This is normally for a minimum of one year.
Manufacturers' warranties cover replacement or, where appropriate, parts and labour to repair products that become faulty due to manufacturing faults. Guarantees will not cover goods which have become faulty as the result of misuse or mishandling. We will honour all relevant legislation in respect of goods supplied to you.
All warranties and guarantees are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights.
Ordering and payment
By ordering from this web site, or directly by phone, fax or post, you are offering to enter into an agreement to purchase from us and promising that payment will made to us by the bank or other administrator of your payment card and that we may request authorisation for payment to us by the bank or other administrator. In the event that payment is revoked after despatch and or delivery of the goods, we will take the necessary steps to recover payment from you.
All payments to us will show on your bank / card statement as ID Healthcare Ltd.

Shipping and Delivery
All products are sent in plain packaging for your complete discretion, Free shipping is only available within the UK although we also deliver within the European Union.
Returned Items
Id healthcare will charge a postal fee for all items that are returned to us from the royal mail and have to be sent again.
Prices published on this web site are correct at time of uploading, but may change. Every effort is made to ensure that prices published remain correct, but if you order an item which has been increased in price or if the description has changed, we will inform you before contracting to supply the goods.
Occasionally some brands of condoms are supplied as loose foiled.
