Availability and pricing of goods
All items on this web site are offered for sale to residents of the United Kingdom and the European Union for delivery to UK and Republic of Ireland mainland addresses, at the prices shown, with orders being placed either on-line, or by telephone or post to the above address. We aim always to hold stocks for immediate despatch of all products offered on this web site and to deliver orders received by 3pm on the next working day, subject to payment clearance. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will normally be treated as having been received on the next working day.
The price you will pay for any product, including tax, is shown on the product description page. The prices and total order values are shown again on the final, secure ordering page, together with packing and delivery charge, where may choose to complete the transaction after reviewing your purchases. After completing your order, and email acknowledgement is sent, showing the products ordered. Your order is delivered with a VAT invoice/receipt.
We will not debit your payment card until the goods are ready for despatch.
If goods are unavailable for immediate delivery and if we do not expect to be able to send them to you within 7 working days of your order, we will contact you to arrange another time for delivery or to offer you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Packing and delivery charges
All products are posted discreetly in plain packing. UK postage and packing is free. We post to UK and Ireland addresses only.
Where a charge is payable for packing and delivery, this is shown on the final secure order page. The charge will be added to the amount debited to your card account.
We reserve the right to charge additional postage fees for re-sent items due to customer non collection.

Order cancellation information
You have a legal right to cancel the contract. In order to cancel the contract, you must inform us within a period of 7 working days starting on the day after the goods are received by you. In case of cancellation, we must return your payment within 30 days of the cancellation.
If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost. If the goods are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund.
